NBCUniversal is an American multinational media conglomerate, primarily involved in the media & entertainment industries; among its most significant divisions are NBC, one of the United States' “Big Three” Television networks & the major film studio Universal Studios. The Universal UK Slate Presentation is an annual landmark on the film industry calendar. Each November, over 1,000 key contacts from all areas of the business are invited to a preview of the Universal slate for the following year. The event is much talked about & an extremely hot ticket within the industry.
REQUIREMENT.
Management of all production elements & delivery of a seamless 2-2.5hr presentation. Held at the Odeon, Leicester Square, the largest single screen cinema in the UK & home to world film premieres. Producing an event of this scale in a working cinema presents its own unique challenges.

The Landscape Institute is a British professional body for landscape architects. Founded in 1929 as the Institute of Landscape Architects, it was granted a Royal Charter in 1997. The Landscape Institute Awards celebrate the value of landscape in connecting people, place & nature.
REQUIREMENT.
In 2018, with a huge amount of change taking place across the organisation and just 11 days before the Awards were due to take place the Landscape Institute asked us to produce the event for them. Fast forward to 2022 & The Mammoths are about to produce the fifth annual awards for this historical organisation.

The Finance for the Future awards programme is a partnership between ICAEW, A4S & Deloitte & was founded in 2012. Its key ambition is to share best practice, drive awareness, inspire action & develop a community of finance leaders, committed to create more sustainable outcomes for their organisations.
REQUIREMENT.
We were awarded the contract in 2021, which was a crucial year for climate action with COP26 taking place in the UK. King Charles was involved in the 2021 ceremony so all eyes were on us to deliver a very special event. We created event hubs in London & Glasgow, broadcast finalists live from their homes & offices across the globe & created an hour-long production that truly befitted the magnitude of the event. The 2022 event was on a similar scale & took place at The Gherkin, one of London’s most iconic venues.

The Fragrance Foundation UK is a non-profit making educational organisation setting standards of excellence for the fragrance industry in the UK. The Fragrance Foundation Awards are the “Oscars” of the fragrance industry. A star-studded awards event for 500 industry guests, including a host of celebrities such as Kanye West, Kim Kardashian & Paris Hilton & featuring live performances from acts such as Rebecca Ferguson & Alesha Dixon.
REQUIREMENT.
The Mammoths have been entrusted with end-to-end management of The Fragrance Foundation Awards since 2013. We manage the entire awards process, from Deloitte audited nomination & voting website to awards ceremony & red carpet production.

The COVID-19 crisis reversed years of hard-won gains in women, children & adolescent health. To help countries reclaim the gains, the Global Financing Facility, a partnership hosted at the World Bank launched a resource mobilisation campaign to raise $1.2 billion by the end of 2022 to protect essential health services & strengthen health systems.
REQUIREMENT.
In April 2022, we produced a bi-lingual event in Washington DC that brought together ministers & business leaders including Melinda Gates to discuss the crisis, call for urgent action & pledge their support to the GFF campaign.
The event was streamed live on Twitter & received over 250,000 views during the first 72 hours.

The National Education Union is the largest education union in the UK. It was formed in 2017 by the merger of the National Education Union & the Association of Teachers & Lecturers & held it’s inaugural 4-day Conference in April 2019. The conference was attended by 1,800 delegates & raised public profile through global media coverage.
REQUIREMENT.
To provide the platforms from which delegates can debate policy & to manage all production aspects. With circa 60 motions discussed over 4 days this is very much a live event, controlled by the President & as a team we must be reactive to all aspects. Conference attracts a huge amount of media attention with BBC News & Sky News broadcasting live from the conference hall. Outside of the main hall breakout sessions were held in 21 rooms across 4 venues. In 2021, we also ran a virtual event that took place over 3 days.

Starting life as an award winning blog for Singletrack magazine, Making Up The Numbers has grown into a mountain bike brand & Downhill race team. The next step on their journey was to develop a podcast…

To produce a podcast that was more of a ‘radio show’ than a traditional podcast. Including, sourcing of guests, scriptwriting, advertisement ideas & creation, podcast production & creative team launch video production.
RESULTS.
Within 4 seasons the podcast has become the market leader, with nearly 400,000 downloads & averaging circa 15k downloads per episode. It has attracted the world’s best Downhill & Enduro mountain bike racers, as well as sponsorship from some of the World’s largest bike brands such as Hope & Schwalbe.

With the 2012 Olympics taking place in London, Fremantle Media decided to film the final in Manchester. The challenge set for each team was to produce a sportswear range & a brand activation event. We worked with each team to bring their activation event to life within 24 hours of receiving the brief, in front of a live studio audience of 35 invited guests including Lord Sugar, Karren Brady, Nick Hewer & Rio Ferdinand.
